Urine Zero guidesUpdated October 2026

On 1 October 2026 we priced every ready-to-use pet urine spray in the top 30 of Amazon’s Dog Odor & Stain Removers best sellers, then the concentrates turf owners compare. Here is what a gallon of each one costs, what is in it, and exactly how we worked it out.

Ready-to-use sprays: $34 to $224 a gallon

Price divided by volume, scaled to one gallon (128 fl oz), cheapest first.

Spray Size Price Per gallon
Urine B-Gone Original 128 oz $34.49 $34.49
Resolve Ultra Pet Carpet Cleaner Spray 32 oz $9.46 $37.84
Nature’s Miracle Dog Stain & Odor Remover 32 oz $10.79 $43.16

Eco Strong Pet Stain and Odor Remover 32 oz $17.97 $71.88

Carbona 2-in-1 Oxy Pet Stain & Odor Remover 13.5 oz $11.49 $108.94
FurryFreshness Extra Strength 32 oz $55.95 $223.80

For comparison, a finished gallon of Urine Zero 10X costs $10.00, and the Urine Zero Ready-to-Use gallon costs $49.95.

Concentrates: the price depends on how much water you add

A concentrate’s cost per gallon is the bottle price divided by the gallons its label says it makes. A weaker mix is cheaper per gallon, so look at what goes into the gallon too (next section).

Concentrate Size Price Label mix Per finished gallon
Angry Orange Pet Odor Eliminator concentrate 8 oz $24.89 4 Tbsp to 32 oz water $23.43
Urine Zero 10X 128 oz $99.95 1 part to 9 parts water $10.00
Eco Strong Outdoor Odor Eliminator 128 oz $49.97 8 oz per gallon of water $2.94
Kennel & Turf Care 128 oz $41.00 2 to 8 oz per gallon $0.64 to $2.56
Odorcide K.O.E. Kennel Odor Eliminator 16 oz $24.95 makes up to 64 gallons $0.39

Simple Green Outdoor Odor Eliminator ($16.78 for a 1-gallon refill) goes on through a hose-end sprayer, and its listing does not state the ratio, so we could not work out a per-gallon figure.

What is in the gallon: one best seller lists a bacteria count

Of the 26 listings we checked, one gives a bacteria count: Urine B-Gone, at 200 billion microbe colonies per gallon, ready to use. Odorcide K.O.E.’s listing says it contains no live bacteria. Simple Green Outdoor’s listing mentions microbes and enzymes without a count. The rest say nothing.

Urine Zero 10X carries over 3 trillion good bacteria per gallon of concentrate, so each finished gallon carries over 300 billion. The bacteria are what digest urine residue instead of covering it, which is why we think the count belongs next to the price.

How we priced them

  • Date: 1 October 2026, Amazon.com, the price shown on each product page.
  • Which products: every ready-to-use urine or pet stain spray in the top 30 of Amazon’s Dog Odor & Stain Removers best sellers whose listing states a size, plus Rocco & Roxie. Concentrates: the top results for “artificial turf dog urine odor eliminator” and best sellers that state a mixing ratio.
  • Left out: Zero Odor (a fabric and room deodorizer), Resolve Urine Destroyer (no size on the listing), FOLEX (no price shown), Zep Urine Remover (the listing does not say whether to dilute), BioTurf BioS+ and NaturVet Yard Odor Eliminator (no ratio on the listing).
  • Formula: price divided by fluid ounces, times 128. For concentrates, price divided by the gallons made at the label’s ratio.

FAQ: Cost per gallon

Is a concentrate cheaper than a ready-to-use spray?

Per finished gallon, usually. Any ready-to-use gallon is mostly water, ours included, and you pay to ship that water to your door. Urine Zero 10X makes a finished gallon for $10.00, against $34.49 to $223.80 for the ready-to-use best sellers we priced.

Why does a $99.95 jug come out to $10 a gallon?

One gallon of 10X concentrate mixed with nine gallons of water makes ten gallons of finished spray. $99.95 divided by 10 is $10.00 a gallon, or 7.8 cents an ounce.

Is the cheapest gallon the best value?

Not by itself. A weaker mix costs less per gallon. Compare what is in the gallon, which for a bacteria-based cleaner means how many good bacteria, and whether you can soak the area deeply enough to reach the residue under turf or in concrete.

How often do these prices change?

Amazon prices move daily. We list the date we checked and link every listing so you can see the current price.
