Stink-Free Guarantee

We stand behind the label. If Urine Zero does not work for you, we refund it.

Within 60 days of delivery, email sales@urinezero.com with your order number and tell us what happened: the surface, how you mixed it, and how many treatments you gave it. We will either help you fix the application or refund you.

A used container is fine. You cannot know whether it works without using it. We do not ask you to return a partly used jug, and we do not ask for photographs.

Unopened and unused, in the original packaging, within 30 days: return it for a full refund. We pay return shipping on a faulty or wrongly shipped order. You pay it if you simply changed your mind.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of us approving the claim.

We will ask one thing first. Most of the failures we see are application, not product: mixed too weak, sprayed in daylight, or misted the surface instead of soaking through to the base. If that is what happened, we would rather get it working than take your money back. You are not obliged to try again, and a refund is not conditional on it.
