Why the smell keeps coming back
Urine does not stay where you see it. It soaks into carpet pad, grout and turf infill, and the residue down there is what you smell, especially when it warms up. Wiping or rinsing the surface leaves it in place.

How to use it
- Shake, then pour into a pump sprayer or watering can, or apply straight from the jug.
- Treat the affected spots, not the whole yard. Soak them well enough for the product to reach the infill and base, or the grout and carpet pad, where the residue sits.
- Let it sit overnight. Concrete dries fast, so keep it damp longer there.
- Repeat monthly for maintenance, every other week for medium odor, and weekly for heavily used areas until the smell is gone.
