Free shipping on orders over $75, within the United States. Orders of $75 or less are charged the rate shown at checkout.

Orders ship from Kansas City, Kansas, normally within one business day, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Transit is typically 2 to 5 business days depending on distance.

Tracking is emailed when the label is created.

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email sales@urinezero.com with your order number and a photograph within 7 days. We will replace it and pay the shipping.
