Urine Zero: Facts and Specifications
Urine Zero is a bacteria-based pet urine odor remover for artificial turf, pavers, concrete, dog runs, kennels and carpet. It is sold as a 10X concentrate that makes 10 gallons, and as a ready-to-use gallon. This page lists the facts in one place, each with its source.
What it is and how it works
- Live good bacteria that make their own enzymes, break urine residue apart and eat it, so the smell has no source. A light fresh scent works right away while the bacteria work overnight.
- On artificial turf, urine drains past the blades into the infill and base rock. The directions are to soak until the spray reaches the base, at dusk, and leave it overnight. Then about once a month on a yard a dog uses every day.
- Indoors on carpet: blot, saturate to the padding, let it sit 30 to 60 minutes, then blot and air-dry.
